PCD Solicitors won the case against my son. The case was dropped by the CPS in court before a trial. We have avoided the embarrassment of a criminal conviction, as well as the risk of prison. Overall really pleased with the quality of the advice and representation that we received. I would wholeheartedly recommend the services of PCD Solicitors.

First class service from start to finish. I could contact my solicitor whenever I needed, even out of hours and on weekends. Jess was extremely calming and put my mind at rest. I was facing a long prison sentence and a lifetime branded as a sex offender. I instructed PCD Solicitors to fight my case. They began by contacting the police and putting forward my defence. When the case was referred to the CPS for a decision to be made, my solicitors wrote to them with detailed submissions. My case was dropped before it even went to court. I can now move on with my life and put all this behind me. Thank you to PCD Solicitors.
