Capable, patient and reassuring.

Laura Joyce of Perfectly Legal handled both the sale of my London flat and the purchase of a smaller flat in a seaside town.
I came to her office after my original solicitor became concerned about the complexity of the exchange involved. I owned a freehold flat but it had a separate freehold for its mooring, which flat sale after flat sale seemed to cause problems. The flat I was about to purchase was a leasehold property with an RTM Freehold company. Then what had been complex became a whole lot more complex. Just before contract signing, Covid triggered a pull out of my buyer. At this time vendors of my chosen flat were in a hurry to get my contract with them signed. Deep breath, second buyer found and the firm got their skates on to get everything through as quickly as possible, but then something happened, another fallout from Coved that meant my vendors now wanted to slow down contract signing and completion.
Through all this, I was greeted with calm welcoming tones and reassured whenever I called. I recommend them wholeheartedly
