I totally disagree with the comments made. I don't usually comment on websites but felt I needed to when I saw these. Mr Greenhalgh dealt with my father's estate and the service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my initial questions. He was easy to get hold of on the telephone when I had a few more I wanted to ask and it was good to deal with the same person and not have to explain everything every time, especially when helping mum come to terms with dad being gone. Everything went through very quickly and was sorted with the minimum amount of fuss.

slow,incompatent,is not impartial(ie...whoever signs the cheque is right),acts without authority,knows nothing about probate laws,when in doubt he passes the problem to the client to sort out on there own...but still charges...use at your risk..one man band...! 6 months in and all i recieved is his bill,,,not slow to charge monthly...only person so far who as recieved any monies from my late fathers estate is the solicitor
