After recommending this firm to someone seeking help with a human rights issue, I regret to say that I would no longer advise victims of human rights violations to engage with them. The responses received from the firm displayed a clear lack of interest and a willful failure to grasp the seriousness of the situation. It was, frankly, cringe-worthy. A little research revealed a pattern of poor reviews online, which did not come as a surprise. It seems there may be some internal frustration within the firm.
