Moving slower than a dyeing sloth the ‘Partner’ dealing with my divorce ‘lost’ correspondence then spectacularly ‘lost’ my pension leaving me open to a contempt of Court charge! Fortunately my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman was found entirely in my favour.
When the earth disappears and hell freezes over then use this firm otherwise avoid!
