Hopeless, incompetent and with only one objective - to drag everything out for as long as possible to increase their fees.

If there was no stars I would select that..... Hopeless, rude, dishonest. Not helpful at all and will not respond or advise correctly. This has led to huge personal losses.
Do yourself a favour and AVOID.

I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FIRM ,THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH ,AND DROP YOUR CASE AT THE DROP OF A HAT , i wish i listened to the other reviews writ
en about them .

enquired on line a week or two ago , for advice/appointment on a id1 form which needed a solicitor to verify my identity.. made appointment for 10:00 today 3/july to me with mr g pitman.. waited patiently in reception and was greeted by mr glen pitman.. he looked me ip and down ( wearing short and polo shirt) and says “whats all this about” i explained i needed him to verify my identity with passport etc and photo id and he notices another document in my hand and explains “ im not getting involved in all that, its down to you to sort all that” in a extremely condescending tone.. so much so i was taken aback and the receptionist could see i was unhappy in the manner of how i was being dealt with.. he proceeded to discuss office emails telling two ladies within ear shot that he never answers those emails and just deleted them.. continued to fill in my form and states in the same tone “you do realise we charge 30 quid for this!” to which i replied yes i’m aware...
finishes filling out form and says “ i’ll take the payment “ and offers his hand for payment.. i offer a debit card ( payment options on front door displayed) to which he roles his eyes and ushers me into a neighbouring office and belows to another lady “take payment of 30 quid off mr barnes “ and disappears... i explained to this lady is this man this rude every day.. to which she states not normally...

i had a number of questions to ask mr pitman for advice and professional expertise.. but have now been left absolutely disgusted with his manner and treatment of today... will not ever recommend this appalling man to anyone
