PJW looked into the circumstances regarding a personal injury which I sustained at the end of 2017.
After several months of consideration they agreed to pusue my claim on a no-win no fee basis.
After 14 months involving much work and expense by myself pursuingextra medical appointments and gathering of paperwork etc I was to,d that the barrister twice rejected PJW’s case going to court.
I am left very angry as I feel that PJW did not request/ insist upon all the evidence available to them ( including not the best cctv available to them.) A completely frustrating 14 months.
