My personal experience with Prosperity Law Liverpool whom were highly recommended.
I can write a book on the un professional service I received but just a few points
1) Documents were sent to me with spelling mistake and typing errors
2) lack of communication
3) when questing the case handler will put the phone down on you
4) will not sent or show you all documents.
5) amend and edit documents by tipp ex and change after a client has signed legal documents
6) will not sent amended/ edited documents until you go to professional body’s to see how and why these documents have been changed and also without consent.
