Please do not use this company. My case has been with them for 2 years with no updates,. Never reply to emails, when questioned they respond your case has been handed to different person. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable.

They have had my claim since 2023 and no updates from them image to constantly chase them up for update even then there are no updates other insurance has claimed liability but I'm still sat here with absolutely no updates

Unfortunately, I can’t give this review less than one star or I most certainly would. No email responses! No updates! Having to constantly chase for an update! Very disappointing service! I would highly recommend using a different company. Very poor!

Disgusting service. Kerri was a disgrace, does not return calls, nor does she respond to emails. 14th December 2023 and the council admitted liability straight away and yet I’m still waiting for an offer somehow. The deadline passed and nothing is to be done about it l. AVOID AVOID AVOID WASTE OF TIME

Should be struck off for not giving all medical evidence , stating that my medical evidence from my operation is due to accident when got iit in notes from my surgeon and consultant.case still ongoing so going to legal ombudsman

Gave 1star as couldnt give any lower. Terrible service from start. Quoted me 35% paid to them as industry standard which is 25% . This only got corrected after 18 months. But not to worry as still over a year to resolution. The claims handlers fob you off which delays your claim 8 months and dont feel this in unnacpetable or any response is required for this. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE you will live to regret it!

Same here, 18 mths into claim, no better than when it started, got assessed by their specialist, tried explaining what happened with my accident, injuries sustained etc only to be told its yes or no answers, they then got in touch saying theres discrepancies in report in comparison to what i initially told solicitors when i first got in touch, told them why there is because i could only give yes or no answers so its obvious. They even said thats not right, sent me for physio anyway, completed course, didn't help much, months and months later, no correspondence whatsoever, as always it was me who was chasing them for any kind of update. Eventually them telling me i had to be assessed again, by the same person who told me yes/no answers and that id have to pay. Ive sought advice on this and was told to make a complaint and give them a chance to make things right, if still not happy then go to legal ombudsman, which ive dne so to im passing advice on to anyone else, put complaint in first because ombudsman will only tell you to do the same thing. Just saves wasting even more of our valuable time.
