I was extremely happy with the conveyancing service I received from Richard Schirmer. My house purchase progressed very smoothly and quickly and any queries I had were dealt with promptly. Richard kept me up to date with everything and I was thrilled to complete in such a short time. Many thanks!

We had experienced difficulties with a previous firm concerning the execution of my mother's will and so we decided to instruct yourselves, having found you online and also due to the convenient location to my mother's home. Emma from the beginning has been at the very least efficient but above that, kind compassionate, understanding, patient and extremely helpful. Emma always did exactly as she promised and in timely fashion and always kept us informed.
I live overseas and complications to the case earlier in the year meant that I had to come to Rhyl in person to resolve some issues, Emma really went the "extra mile" that day and was even prepared to se us without an appointment, as a result, we got the outcome we needed. Both myself and my brother cannot thank Emma enough for all that she has done for us. I would not hesitate to use the firm again and in fact, I plan to do so myself in the near future.

Both Shian and Dawn were incredible to work with. They were polite, professional and efficient and communicated clearly and promptly. 4 LPAs done plus 2 wills a couple of years ago, always felt like I could ask questions and ask for something to be explained more than once.
When a mistake with a date was made by the solicitor it was highlighted to us straight away and fixed.
I have no hesitation in using them again and would also recommend them to others.
A nice touch was being encouraged to pay over 3 monthly instalments even though we had the funds available, nice touch over Christmas that.

Edward Hughes advised on my late grandmother's Will and administered her probate. They advised my grandmother to establish a Will that explicitly excluded her only grandchildren from inheriting following the passing of my late mother. I queried this with them as there was no reason why she would do this given our good relationship, and they said they would raise this with the executors as they had the ability to alter the Will. They did not get back in contact and were uncontactable after 5 attempts of trying to speak to the individual who offered to do this.
Not only do I feel they were initially very poor in establishing my grandmother's needs - she would have in no way wanted my mothers share to not be passed down as per the laws of intestate - but they were also uncontactable after my several queries with staff members working from home or just not getting back in touch.
Very disappointed.

Mr Alwyn Jones is a lovely person and an excellent probate solicitor. He's very popular and lots of my friends recommended him to me. I made an appointment with him and he was absolutely fantastic.
