Chenika is a credit to the company. She helped me in my hardest time of life and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My daughter and I, now fled the domestic abuse and are finally happy. I wouldn’t be able to do it without her help. She’s not only a professional, but a lovely human that cares deeply. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Roger Waters and his team for advocating on my behalf and making difficult time a lot easier. Roger handled both my divorce, and the child arrangement and specific issue orders. I found him to be very professional yet very empathetic and supportive in his approach. He got the job done and kept me up to date with any issues or concerns, which did put me at ease.
I equally would like to give a special mention to Alison the Solicitor’s secretary. Very professional and responded swiftly to any emails.

Divorce

My solicitor was Roger Waters. He handled my 4-year divorce case. However, the complexity of the case incorporating, children, international finance and assets, income from two countries and a substantial inheritance, with data stretching back over 7-years, and with the Respondent changing her position constantly, made it a horrendous case.
To be clear, Roger managed 6 different Barristers and 2 sets of legal teams, court hearing and judges, and Arbitration seamlessly. He drifted across each topic and challenge, handling each aspect in turn and giving everythign 100% of his time.
Not only that, but he also made himself available at times when more personal support of difficulties arose, as a direct effect of the length of the case.
Knowledgeable on seemingly every topic, clever, hardworking and a natural at navigating complex issues and distilling information to be more usable by all, he is without doubt the only solicitor you will ever need.
I came to rely on his abilities, and advice 100%. He never let me down once, nor did he make me fell I was nothing less that 100% of his focus 100% of the time. Astonishing.

Nathalie took on my case after I had a short telephone session booked at a Domestic Violence Clinic with her. I was very worried about my position in Family Court and after that initial first conversation, I was reassured and felt confident moving forward. I terminated my previous solicitors and Nathalie went above and beyond to catch up on the case history and book a barrister for me a few days before my first court hearing. My case lasted just under a year and I could not have got through it without Nathalie's positive outlook and expert legal advice. We faced many difficulties during my case but I was happy that Nathalie was by my side. This was my first experience with Family Court and I would get very overwhelmed, but Nathalie explained things thoroughly, and was very meticulous with all the incoming communication from the other sides solicitors. My phone calls and emails were responded to and when Nathalie was out of the office, my case was being handled by trusted female lawyers. I am thankful for the service I received and would highly recommend Nathalie.

My first impression of speaking with Nathalie from the first conversation on April 4th 2020, (the day after my children had been taken away) was very good. I was extremely impressed with her concern for my position and how she reassured me that could respond within an extremely tight deadline to reply to the courts justification to take them. Throughout my dealings with Nathalie, she would not rush each call but answered thoroughly and provided detailed advice. I know she is extremely busy, but she always returned my calls. Even when she was ill and out of the office she had left my case in very capable hands. Nathalie also comes across as compassionate and did not judge me negatively, but listened to my points of view and helped me to remain positive. Even when I left calls for Nathalie and she didnt reply back, I did not know that she was dictating thorough replies to her secretary which speaks volumes about how much care she put into my case. I am very impressed with Quality Solicitors and particularly with the friendly team who answered my calls. There was a lady in particular whose name I dont know, but was always friendly when answering my calls. That gives a good impression of your firm. So I have been very blessed to have had your firm handle my legal matter.

I have used Richard Cohen in the past and on this occasion I was doing a new will.
Reasonably straight forward will, but there were a couple of alterations I made whilst doing this which Richard was patient and helpful with so as to get it right for me.
Great professional service as usual - at a very reasonable charge.
