Following 2 RTA's through 2016 I decided to use this firm to pursue injuries compensation. Following several months of problems, and a change of solicitor ...without them informing me of that fact....I ended up with someone who had no clue on what to do and she kept asking ME for information about documents she mislaid or lost. The situation became so convoluted and hopeless for me that in the end I had to leave.
I would not recommend these solicitors to anyone. Appalling and useless. There is nothing QUALITY about this firm.
