I received very efficient and friendly service from the team.
Divorce is a difficult time to go through but Graeme and Sarah were very reassuring at all times and certainly helped me through as well as delivering the desired result.

I was going through a relationship breakdown and Chris, Sarah and Graham were always there to support me when I was having difficulties with my ex partner..They were so professional and helpful and I would highly recommend these Solicitors to anyone and I will continue to use this firm if I ever need them again which is very likely as I want to make a will...I Just want to say a special thanks to Sarah who listened to me and put any troubles in perspective...Chris Thompson was just like talking to a friend to confide in and he was exceptional and Graham was always professional about my case...I cant thank you all enough it's been like a pressure has been lifted from my shoulders I can now sleep at night...

Due to Coronavirus my wife and I were unable to attend your office to discuss making our wills. Your receptionist advised it could be still be done remotely. A telephone appointment was arranged and we discussed the matter with your Mrs Emily White. The information and advice she provided was helpful and straightforward. As promised we received draft documents by post, which we amended to suit our requirements and returned. Within days we received the final documents with clear instructions as to how we should have our wills correctly witnessed. We received a final letter and payment receipt by post. All in all a very satisfactory, efficient service which we were pleased with. Thank you.

We have been highly delighted with the service we received from Emily White when she prepared our mirror wills recently Everything was explained in a clear manner of which we fully understood and all our questions were answered. Emily made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout and also explained "what happen next". We're delighted we chose Mills Donkin for this important document and would certainly use your services again should the need ever arise.
