Due to Coronavirus my wife and I were unable to attend your office to discuss making our wills. Your receptionist advised it could be still be done remotely. A telephone appointment was arranged and we discussed the matter with your Mrs Emily White. The information and advice she provided was helpful and straightforward. As promised we received draft documents by post, which we amended to suit our requirements and returned. Within days we received the final documents with clear instructions as to how we should have our wills correctly witnessed. We received a final letter and payment receipt by post. All in all a very satisfactory, efficient service which we were pleased with. Thank you.
