We used Quality Solicitors Mirza for a recent house purchase as first time buyers and were very reassured by Mohammed's calm, clear communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone doing the same.

I would like to recommend and endorse QualitySolicitors Mirza, as represented by the outstanding work of Mr. Mohammed Afzal. The business that he conducted on my behalf was excellent. Mr. Mohammed Afzal handled the sale of two properties of my family and the purchase of a garage to an exemplary standard, and I have many years of experience dealing with solicitors. Particularly pleasing was the amazing efficiency of electronic communication (in all its forms) with Mr. Mohammed Afzal and his inexhaustible ability to overcome blockages that were slowing progress. Both family members and myself found that his high level interpersonal skills and business like approach helped to imbue trust and confidence in all of us as clients. He offered indefatigable help and good value managing what was a very stressful time for both family members and myself. I will be certain to recommend QualitySolicitors Mirza unhesitatingly to any future contacts I may have.

I wished I had used Mohammed services at the beginning of the purchase of my property. He stepped in to resolve some issues and was very efficient, approachable and very helpful. I will most certainly contact Mohammed again in the future and would highly recommend him.

Throughout the years I have dealt with many solicitors, Quality Mirza Solicitors have provided a service that is second to none, particularly Mohammed Afzal who kept us (me and my wife) informed every step of the way. The conveyancing of our property was very straightforward and efficient and the cost was very competitive, guiding through both buying and selling without any delays. I would definitely use this firm again and I will recommend them not only to my family, but to anyone I know. I will definitely be using 'Quality Solicitors Mirza' as my main solicitor from here on in.

Conveyancing of property was straightforward and efficient. Cost was competitive
Mohammed Afzal was very helpful and guided me through the paperwork so that there was no delays and completion was smooth.

Regular user of their conveyancing services. Have had a long relationship with both Sajjid Elahi and Mohammad Afzal.

The latter in particularly is thorough, meticulous and time efficient. Everything you need in a solicitor! Mohammad has met all my deadline and every property has gone through extremely smoothly. He is always willing to offer extra advice at the most pertinent of times and has so much experience in conveyancing in this area as well. You would be hard pressed to find a better solicitor.

Fully recommend to all.

I have dealt with many solicitors throughout my years, but I have never received such an exceptional service from any of my previous solicitors. The first thing that struck me was that my solicitor, Mohammed, always returned my calls on the same day, even if that meant that he called me in the evening. I was kept regularly updated and informed throughout the transaction. My transaction was a very complex one, however, the price originally quoted was the price that was charged, even though many extra hours of work had to be undertaken. I will definitely be using 'Quality Solicitors Mirza' as my main solicitor from here on.

Buying and selling during lockdown, whilst trying to meet the stamp duty deadline seemed an impossible task. With no experience in the field of property I was somewhat overwhelmed with the legal jargon and paperwork in relation to the purchase and sale of our family home.

Thankfully Mr Afzal from Quality Solicitors Mirza dealt with all matters during this complicated process both professionally and efficiently. All dealings were smooth and simple, and I was left satisfied after every interaction.

Mr Afzal would reply to emails within minutes, I appreciated this the most due to the timescale but also because it gave me peace of mind to have all my worries and concerns addressed so promptly, leaving little time for any stress to build up.

I was guided and advised right from the start, and was always given helpful tips, this allowed me to make informed decisions.

Overall I would highly recommend Quality Solicitors Mirza and would most certainly be using them again myself.

I instructed Quality Solicitors Mirza after having received terrible service from a different conveyancing firm. Mohammed Afzal picked up my sale with no problem and fast tracked it in 3 weeks - without him, I think I would be still waiting for exchange and completion. With excellent deft and legal knowledge he picked up the case and communicated with all parties quickly to resolve any issues, ensuring that we exchanged and completed as quickly as possible. He also kept me updated with progress and provided me with assurance in a particularly trying time with the pandemic. I would highly recommend Mohammed and will use him again in the future. Thank you :-)

My wife and I have just completed our 2nd conveyance transaction using the excellent services at Mirza. Our buyers wanted to move very quickly so after a quick call to Mo Afzal to ask if we could complete the whole process in 6 weeks, Mo gave us a confident yes. And I'm pleased to say everything went through perfectly. Even our buyers commented on how efficient and easy it was for his solicitor to deal with Mo at Mirza. If you give Mo the information he needs when he needs it, everything will be sorted. Thank you once again to Mo and Team at Mirza solicitors for all the advice and guidance you've freely given us. We'll definitely be back!!

Mo Afzal dealt with a remortgage/BtL and a house purchase for us. Mo kept us up to date every step of the way. He made a potentially stressful situation seem so simple. Covid came slap bang in the middle of our purchase, but as soon as things started to return to normal Mo and his Team were ready to go. Happy to report we got the house and can’t thank The Team at Mirza enough. They were always available to answer questions and offer us reassurance when we got worried. Ive used Quality Solicitors Mirza for few years now they are great solicitors, my case took almost a year and of course with the help with Afzal and Sajiid I came out winning. They were always contactable when I needed them and when I feared we would loose they still dealt with patience assuring me the case would go in my favour. No other company out there would go out if there way to support your case and dedicate as much time as they did. Defiantly would recommend them to family and friends.

I had some conveying done by Mirza Solicitors a short time ago, staff were very helpful and explained everything to me step by step. The service I received was first class as I needed to exchange and complete quickly and they helped me achieve both very efficiently. They are reasonably priced and I would recommend using them.

I am happy to say how impressed I was with the service I received from QualitySolicitors Mirza, Walthamstow. My matter was dealt with by one of the partners, Khalid Elahi, who was professional, courteous and friendly. The service I received was prompt and efficient, with Mr Elahi recognising the matter was time-sensitive and he responded accordingly. He was efficient, helpful and upfront about the fees, which I found reasonable. All in all, it was a positive experience and actually exceeded my expectations

Once again Mr Afzal of Mirza & Co solicitors has dealt with my personal injury case to the highest standard and also got me an offer over the amount I was expecting.My case against a local authority was no easy case but Afzal, as always communicated and informed me of what was going on throughout my case.
