Beth was extremely helpful with regard to the sale of our apartment which was quite complex having 2 management companies involved - one of which changed midway through our transaction. She worked really hard to pull everything together for us.

Excellent from start to finish, Hennah was quick to reply to any questions we had, chased the buyers solicitor when needed which was very much needed especially towards the end. We couldn't fault her in any way and would definitely recommend her to others. It definitely made the house sale a lot easier.

From start to finish, both Beth Whitsey and Sarah Phillips were so helpful and professional. They helped me through my first sale and purchase, which unfortunately I decided not to pursue. The second sale and purchase was more straightforward, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They always responded quickly and I would highly recommend dealing with these two ladies. Moving home is stressful enough, but when your in a chain of seven people all doing the same. It takes a professional confident and informative person, keeping your house move going and keeping you in the loop. Beth did just that. At all stages Beth helped and I can't thank her enough.

Hennah has been brilliant at dealing with our sale and purchase, and much better than our previous experience with conveyancers. Although there was some delays through the process due to other parties in the chain, we were always kept up-to-date on everything and Hennah was constantly in touch so we knew exactly where we stood. We wouldn't hesistate to use Hennah again in the future if needed and would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.

Hennah is an absolute asset to Parkinson Wright! She has made this process the easiest and the best service we could have hoped for. It was me and my partners first purchase, and we were a little apprehensive selecting our solicitor. However Hennah and Parkinson Wright have flipped this entirely on its head. Smooth and easy transitions, perfect communication and guidance throughout the whole process. I would not being going anywhere else in the future and can't thank you Hennah enough for all the hard work she has put in. Without Hennah, we wouldn't have a home. The whole process only took 3 months, from seeing the property for the first time, to picking up the keys. Thankyou Hennah and PW.

Ms Emily Burton was really helpful and efficient. She is recommended by our house sale agent. We sold the house within 3 months. The completion day was actually yesterday. I definitely will use Emily as my property buying solicitor in the near future. She is so wonderful and superb. I am very lucky to have her as our solicitor. I will recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I were very impressed at the service we received in what was a complicated sale and even more difficult purchase. The property we purchased was part freehold and part leasehold. Also part of the property was listed. Notwithstanding the difficulties including threats by others in the chain to pull out and our sellers making threats to our solicitors Parkinson Wrights team kept us fully informed always returning calls when they were not available. They were good humoured. A credit to their profession. A joy to deal with. If we move again they will be our only choice.

Me property transaction wasn’t the most straightforward and she went above and beyond to ensure my best interests were served and the sale and purchase completed in a timely manner. I’ve already recommended people to see Sam Hulse. In what is the most horrible time in your life, Sam and her team were very professional. That gave me advice, reassurance and understanding. Herself and her team Joeli & Karen are just so nice and helpful. I also used Vicky ( apologises if I have the wrong name there) Lynn & Laura in both selling my marital home and purchasing my new home. Again they were all professional, helpful and gave the right advice and kept me on track. I’m still to come back and do my will with Parkinson Wright, which hopefully will be in the not too distant future. A great team all round!

This was a very difficult case for Mrs Lynn Green to deal with due to the behaviour of one of the recipients, but she showed true resilience and persistence, and without such virtues the case would never have been resolved. I am extremely grateful for all her endeavours, recognising she went way beyond the 'call of duty' to achieve the desired outcome, and still kept to the costs agreed.

My solicitor was very professional and individualised my needs. She handled the process in a very timely manner which was important to me. I was kept informed throughout and the fees were explained to me at the beginning. When I called the offices or visited all the staff I spoke with were attentive and responsive in a warm manner. Eoin has overseen the sale of two houses and the purchase of a new house for us. In all respects the process was seamless with excellent attention to detail. We felt totally confident that searches and transactions were being overseen and scrutinised thoroughly. I was recommended Parkinson Wright LLP by the estate agents. I found all the staff to be very pleasant even though I probably rang up way too much. The team made the sale and purchase of our house very smooth. It took almost 5 months from putting in the bid to moving. There were [as always I assume] a number of hurdles, but the solicitor and her team were lovely. I felt they kept me up to date and if there was a decision to make I received a phone call to discuss it. It was over 20 years since I had moved and they really did take a lot of the stress away by answering all my queries and questions.

The total cost of selling one house and purchasing another was just a little over £3000. I believe they worked hard in my favour and I would recommend them to anyone in the same position

Couldn’t recommend our solicitor Sharon enough. Parkinson Wright we’re not the cheapest solicitor we could find, but by no stretch the most expensive either. We wanted a local solicitor, that new the area and new the housing association we were purchasing from etc as we were buying a shared ownership home. Our case was a particularly complex case from start to finish, as the house was on protected land which meant a lot of lenders wouldn’t lend to us. We had to get a second and new mortgage months in, but Sharon explained everything throughout and where some solicitors would turn a blind eye to things and the detail- she didn’t. Which actually gave us reassurance we were with the right person.
At one point we thought it wasn’t going to happen as the housing association wouldn’t budge on a specific point. However Sharon went above and beyond and contacted them directly several times and explained the situation clearly- and In the end this got us the go ahead we needed and we moved in eventually. We can hand on heart say that had we had a different solicitor we would not be in our house now, so we cannot thank Sharon and Parkinson Wright solicitors enough and would advise anyone local or not local to pay a little more and you get what you pay for.

Suzanne Oldnall was recommended to me by a friend. I came to Suzanne primarily because I'd been told that she had a great deal of experience dealing with domestic abuse and this is something I found that I needed as other solicitors simply didn't appreciate or understand where I was coming from. The reason for my needing Suzanne was due to my 11 year old son (who had been living with his father since aged 8) and I only been allowed limited contact, both my son and I wanted more but his father just would not allow this. Unfortunately the only way forward was to take this through the court process. To say this was an emotional roller-coaster of a ride is an understatement, from my son running away from his dads, to me breaching the court order because he wanted to be with me... Suzanne was there every single step of the way, she offered reassurance, compassion, understanding and comfort to me...Sharon her assistant was as equally supportive.... She listened to me as a friend when I literally did not know what to do.. Offered me advice and a shoulder to cry on. We had an awful cafcass report to contend with, recommending that my contact remain as it was even though my son told them he wanted to live with me. We had two court hearings by telephone, due to covid and we worked together on trying to decide whether to accept cafcass's decision on contact or fight on. We chose the latter and took it to a final hearing...We had come this far after all. Suzanne recommended the most incredible barrister who was well... just how I'd expect a barrister to be... I had no idea how it would end up, but I prepared myself for the worst after all magistrates go with Cafcass 80% of the time. After giving evidence and listening to Cafcass's report being ripped apart by my barrister, we took an hour out for the magistrates to decide.. We entered back into the court room and waited for the magistrates to give us their decision.... To my absolute astonishment and in an unprecedented move, the magistrates went against Cafcass and granted me shared care .. I was absolutely ecstatic.... We had did it... Everything we had been through for the past 6 months was worth it, the tears, the uncertainty, not knowing whether to give up, my brave little boy being too scared at times to stick up for himself... But he did.... And I say 'we' as I have felt every step of the way that it was not just my journey but that of Suzanne's and Sharon's too... I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that I would not be sat here today with my son if I had chosen a different solicitor's. I have nothing but gratitude for them both and of course to my incredible barrister...

I was introduced to Suzanne Oldnall 6 months ago when my Ex-Husband became very volatile & I couldn't see the end of the road without legal action. The moment we met was daunting. I was scared & emotional. From the absolute get go from consultation to the final hearing this woman has absolutely gave an OUSTANDING performance. Every small detail was listened to every email back & forth were considered & every rant I needed she & her team picked up and guided me through this very difficult time.
I couldnt have wished to work with such inpeccable people/company such as Suzanne, Paulette & Sharon. Words will never come close to the dedication they showed me I felt as I was the only person they dealt with. Knowing full well I wasn't & during this difficult period of a pandemic. They went above & beyond.

I was constantly reassured by Eoin throughout the process of selling my home and purchasing a new one. Not having moved for 40 years and now being on my own I was somewhat daunted at the prospect, but despite many unforeseen problems along the way Eoin put my mind at rest and handled me well!

Moving house is said to be the most difficult of situations to deal with in life. That was certainly the case for us. However we found the service offered by Eoin and his team, Gail and Pooja as absolutely first class. We called in the office to produce our documents after lockdown of the Covid 19 restrictions and found the staff we spoke to at that time very pleasant and welcoming, despite the logistical difficulties the pandemic presented. We were always able to discuss matters with one of the team at any time promptly. Reassurance, and where appropriate advice, were always there for us and we felt that our choice of solicitors was the one point of the transaction where everything ran smoothly and with which we had total confidence.

We already have wills in place and there is potentially a change in our circumstances in the near future. On the basis of our experience so far, we shall be making new wills with staff from Parkinson Wright when/if those changes occur.

Thank you for your help in making our move, as we settle down now into our new home.

Mia Completed our conveyancing in super quick time, which was necessary due to the requirements of ourselves (we were cautious of losing our buyers), and the vendors, who wanted a rapid transaction. Our buyers commented to us on the speed with which Mia worked. She was very through re the financial checks, and ensured that we were aware of the risks we were taking. The speed with which we completed meant that we avoided paying the higher rate of stamp duty, which we very much appreciated. Mia's manner on the phone was efficient but also friendly, and we were very pleased with the service - thankyou :-)

The service provided by Parkinson Wright was excellent throughout the process of purchasing our new home. The process was entirely new to both me and my partner, and our conveyancer was brilliant - they were always available to talk through and assist us with our (many!) queries to make things as straightforward as possible. Ours wasn't always the simplest of house moves, but our conveyancer was excellent at navigating difficult conversations and remained calm throughout. They were always kind, open to ideas, and willing to explain things several times if we had questions. We would thoroughly recommend the service.

As a first time buyer and buying solo i had literally no idea about the process of buying a house. Emily Burton was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. She answered all of my hundreds of questions and i could see that she was responding to queries quickly to ensure there were no delays in the process. I was very reassured that Emily was on the case and there to guide me through the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone and go to her again!

Charlotte was amazing throughout, my case was probably the worst time of my life and I risked losing my son. Charlotte was knowledgeable, pragmatic, understanding and spoke to me with respect (listened to me talk which was probably really annoying), and formed a strategy to get the outcome we wanted. She knew the severity and importance and although I understand will have had multiple going on at the same time, didn't make me feel like I was any less a priority. Would highly recommend. 10/10

The service provided by Paula Amer and her team was excellent. All services was done on time. They always got back to me with an answer on the same day. They made sure everything was done properly so I am aware of everything in regards to the property buy and also made sure that I wouldn't have a problem with it in the future. I would definitely choose Paula to deal with legal things in the future .

Fantastic service
Paula worked tirelessly to keep our buyer on track and sticking to the agreed dates, which was basically as fast as possible!
All paperwork was swiftly issued and accurate with polite reminders sent, when needed
There was excellent communication throughout and I had complete confidence Paula would get the job done without me needing to oversee or chase anything!
She didn't disappoint
Will definitely use again

We are very pleased with QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright (Rebecca Tomkinson and Kirsty Round team) and their fees were very competitive. They provided a great deal of support through a challenging period, particularly when our first property chain collapsed.
