absolutely appalling unsympathetic rude service. under the circumstances of family law and a very difficult divorce where i'd already got no help from a very expensive solicitor. i had gone to this pratice because it said they specialised in difficult family law cases. I had warned the solicitor how sensitive and fragile I was feeling. she made no concession for this, was very rude, told me not to raise my voice by raising her voice. she treated me like a naughty child and was very reuctant to actually give away any information which i was paying her to do kept telling me to talk to friends and family-why? and was very keen to tell me that almost everything i mentioned was not her concern. in fact she gave me almost no information at all. i was prepared to give her ALL MY MONEY for help with this divorce and she was zero help. after i requested a follow up appointment i sent several emails over a month period and go no reply. i was advised against this practice (by a random so didnt listen) ans now i see why. if i could give zero stars i would
