The service was awful. There are no appointments. You must just turn up and wait, even if you have an ongoing case. My asylum appeal was dealt with by a caseworker. She wrote up my statement with many errors and nonsensical statements. Rashid and Rashid did not give me a Care Letter, stating thier fees. They should have suggested that I go to a firm which provides Legal Aid. I asked for an adjournment so that I could find a new professional solicitor.

i was quite happy about how helpful staff was regarding my application. My application was successful since was working on my case and I'm very happy about the outcome. I recommend my friend's and family anyone's for the immigration case matter about Mr Rashid the principal of the firm did give me good advice that's why I decided to choose him as my lawyer.

I have dealt with the staff of the Rashid & Rashid, Southall Branch and I'm pleased to recommend the firm for any sort of Immigration matters. The Staff is very helpful and they handled my case very professionally and their professional fees are very competitive.
