Ratcliffes and Luke Mays are representing my ex-wife in conveyancing process. Saying that they are slow would be a real compliment to them - they are dragging the process and take ages to reply to my solicitors.
Additionally, tried calling them and they just were rude and hanged up on me. Would you expect such toxic and rude attitude from a professional firm? Bunch of cowboys in my opinion.

Very pleased with the service we received from Ratcliffes solicitor’s, Luke and his assistants were always available by phone to answer any queries and emails were answered promptly. It took away all the normal anxieties of buying and selling. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they’re the best solicitors We’ve ever used, we’ll certainly use them again. And their price was very competitive.

The best lawyers I have ever used. I needed my lease on my new building completed in a week. Richard handled it and it was completed to the best specifications for me within one week.

I used Ratcliffes for our Wills which have recently been updated. From start to finish the service I received was second to none. The member of staff I dealt with was friendly, patient and professional and explained everything in great detail. We have since had LPAs prepared and again the same member of staff was fantastic and was very patient with my husband who has had a stroke and explained all our options to us. Nothing was too much trouble. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
