I had 2 residential leases to renew. Having contacted Redferns I was provided with a quote for the work to be done, and confirmation it would not exceed £4200. Having been quoted twice this amount by other so called 'specialist solicitors', this seemed a reasonable cost; not to mention as a local solicitor I could easily go to meetings. I discovered, that I had an additional complication, as I was also the Freeholder. Kajal, explained & confirmed in writing what I would have to do to deal with this matter and to facilitate the new leases. She answered every question I had (even dealt with my very disorganised family who had to be involved in this matter). The entire process was dealt with professionally and I was kept informed throughout (which is so important), there were periods of waiting on other organisations to respond. All of the work completed within the original quote I was given. I would highly recommend the competent services of Redferns.

Shabana and Yasmin took on my wife's case just before the complaints time window closed. Our first consultation was well over an hour, which they didn't charge for, so we decided to accept their terms to take on the case. Glad we did, I know that they worked to an extremely high standard, and after a year Shabana rang up with the good news that our complaint had been rewarded. Not only did we receive compensation, but the costs incurred we had to payout, has also been reimbursed. We would definitely recommend Redferns solicitors and would use them again.

Redferns were excellent. We dealt with Kiran Hirani who tailored to our needs. She is absolute star. Right from the first initial conversation I had had with her, she was always easily available to be contacted directly and if not, we received a return phone call promptly. The service was efficient and without delay or complications even though our purchase was a complicated one. Their pricing was competitive and this is one Solicitors firm I would highly recommend after having had a few difficult dealings with Solicitors in the past.
