I just wanted to provide feedback on Shaheda Amin's handling of my case.

I think so far she has done a magnificent job and its refreshing that she is showing the same urgency as myself in this case, which I was not finding with my previous solicitor.

I have always found she has time to talk and respond to my queries both on the phone and via email. She is open to all my queries no matter how big or small.

Her communication is clear, direct and to the point as well as being broken down easily for me to understand. This is advantageous for me as I am always aware of what is going on and know the status of my case.
