A vendor had retained my deposit for a lease purchase from which I had withdrawn because of the vendor's misrepresentations.
Richard Cramer was highly bullish about the prospects for reclaiming my deposit plus the full legal costs I had laid out, both earlier costs plus those I now had incurred at Front Row Legal in pursuing litigation.
The moment I paid the Front Row Legal costs, Richard Cramer's bullish appraisal instantly switched to bearish and now there was no prospect of winning any costs and the most I could now hope for was to reclaim my own money.
Minus the large fees which Front Row Legal had run up.
In other words, "achieving" a much worse result than I could have achieved myself in Small Claims Court and simply lining their own pockets for the least work possible.
