We are almost 3 months into an engagement with this firm on a family property transaction and have just learnt that the solicitor leading the activity is unsure on how to proceed - this is despite multiple emails and ignored phone calls to check he understands the ask and has all the information required. What has been going on for all this time? It’s been a very frustrating, upsetting and expensive experience working with the firm.
