I made an appointment to see the solicitor but when I got there the office was locked and when I called I got an answer phone and then text saying cannot talk right now

The appointment was booked for 3.00pm on the understanding that the solicitor would have finished before lunch break with a first appearance not guilty matter at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court. Unfortunately, matter got out of control because prosecutor was not ready. Apology and alternative appointment was made for client but she declined the offer.
