Defending against the removal of our adopted children by DDC, Rosie Bracher managed to grasp the complexities of the situation and successfully take us to a victory.
Anybody living with adopted or special needs children will be able to appreciate that things are often not what they seem, then situations can quickly and easily become very complicated when professionals don't understand what they are seeing.
My family are truly grateful for Rosie taking the time to work with us and achieve the right result - adoptive families need people around them that 'get it', Rosie was the right person in this case!

Thank you Alan - it was a pleasure to take the weight off of your shoulders (eventually) and to find a resolution that recognised the difficulties faced by adoptive parents striving to give boundaries to damaged children. Hoping that your family can now get the support it desperately needed for the off and that your parenting will be supported and not undermined. This case has been at great cost to you and your family but at least you have been vindicated with the Court not supporting any findings at all. Very small comfort I know but hugely better than things might have turned out. Credit to your fabulous barrister, Kate Hudson, too, who completely supported you all the way. Keep in touch. Rosie
