I had an accident in August 2011 which resulted in quite severe whiplash. The police were there, witnessed everything and reported the accident there and then. It is now may 2013 and this still hasn't been resolved. I try everything to contact them and the person dealing with this claim is so hard to get hold of. She told 2 weeks ago that I had been made an offer and that she had posted it to me. I am still waiting to receive this in the post. My emails go unanswered and my calls are never returned. I would steer clear of this company as they seem to be full of excuses. I would never go to this solicitors for anything ever again!

Police Federation lawyers who have an unnatural affinity with the police. Go somewhere else if you want proper representation. You don't have to use Fed-accredited lawyers. And if the Fed tell you that you must, believe me you do not. Don't forget everyone is entitled to lawyers of their OWN choice - that includes police officers. Seek INDEPENDENT legal advice.
