14/08/26 - Reviewed by Abuse disabled and fruadulant lies ..dishonest and provoking brain injuries
?Formal Letter of Complaint & Statutory Data Request
?To: Complaints Partner / Senior Management
Firm Name: Satchell Moran Solicitors
Email: info@satchellmoransolicitors.com
Date: 14 August 2026
?SUBJECT: FORMAL COMPLAINT – Failure to Provide Reasonable Adjustments (Equality Act 2010), Professional Misconduct (SRA Code of Conduct), and UK GDPR Right to Erasure
?Dear Senior Management / Complaints Partner,
?I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the serious mistreatment, distress, and lack of professional care I have experienced from representatives at your firm, including Executive Director Terry Moran.
?As previously disclosed to your staff on multiple occasions and formally communicated by my carer, I live with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and associated cognitive impairments. Despite full knowledge of my condition, your firm has repeatedly failed in its legal and regulatory duties toward me.
?1. Breach of the Equality Act 2010 (Failure to Provide Reasonable Adjustments)
?Under Sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010, as a service provider, your firm has a strict statutory duty to provide reasonable adjustments for individuals with disabilities.
?I explicitly requested adjustments, including being given adequate time to process information, clear communication, and measures to avoid cognitive overload.
?Instead, your staff and executives have repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, rushed me, and subjected me to hostile and mocking behaviour, including laughing at my condition and distress.
?This conduct constitutes unlawful discrimination arising from disability under Section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 and has caused me severe psychological distress.
?2. Breach of SRA Principles & Code of Conduct
?As a law firm operating in England and Wales, Satchell Moran Solicitors and its individual officers are strictly regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Statements made by your staff claiming that you are "not regulated by the SRA" are misleading and untruthful.
Your firm's conduct directly breaches:
?SRA Principle 2: Failure to act in a way that upholds public trust and confidence in the solicitors' profession.
?SRA Principle 7: Failure to act in the best interests of individuals and uphold basic standards of care.
?SRA Code of Conduct (Paragraph 3.2): Failure to deliver service competently while taking into account the attributes and vulnerable needs of the client/service user.
?3. Data Protection Request (UK GDPR Article 17 - Right to Erasure)
?Pursuant to Article 17 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, I hereby formally request the erasure of all personal data held by Satchell Moran Solicitors concerning me across all servers, cloud storage, local hard drives, and communication records.
?If you claim a statutory or legal obligation to retain specific records (such as file retention rules), you are required under data protection law to:
?Provide the exact legal exemption/statutory obligation relied upon to retain each specific piece of data.
?Restrict the processing of my remaining data under Article 18 UK GDPR so that it cannot be accessed or processed for operational purposes.
?Provide written confirmation of all data that has been erased.
?Required Action & Escalation Notice
?Please acknowledge receipt of this formal complaint within 5 working days and provide a written response outlining how you intend to address these breaches within 14 calendar days.
?If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, or if you fail to provide proof of compliance with my data protection rights, I will immediately escalate this matter without further notice to:
?The Legal Ombudsman (LeO) for severe service failure and mistreatment.
?The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for professional misconduct and breach of vulnerability guidelines.
?The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding non-compliance with UK GDPR erasure obligations.
?Yours sincerely,
?

WARNING: Avoid Satchell Moran Solicitors
Satchell Moran Solicitors operates in close alignment with the police, often undermining clients' cases for law enforcement and public authorities. They may agree to represent you on a "no win, no fee" basis, only to secretly sabotage your chances of success. Clients are given limited access to their terms and conditions, which vanish after initial sign-up. Their tactics include unnecessary delays and attempts to exclude clients from their own cases. They may fabricate reasons to close your file, which can severely prejudice your case and make it difficult to find new representation. If you do find another solicitor and succeed, Satchell Moran will pursue costs for any work they claim to have done.
Background of My Claim Against Merseyside Police
I was leasing a commercial space for a takeaway when a dispute with my landlord arose. I discovered the landlord’s agent attempting to change the locks without an eviction order. When the police arrived, they sided with the landlord’s agent, stating they had the right to change the locks, even though no legal documents supported this. The police instructed me to collect my personal belongings and promised I could return for my remaining equipment. This unlawful eviction by Merseyside Police led to the loss of my business (see video of the eviction on my YouTube channel @aloysiuschandler8372).
After contacting Satchell Moran Solicitors, they agreed to represent me and issued a letter before claim to Merseyside Police. However, they soon revealed their intentions by threatening to seek costs from me if I refused to disclose video footage of the eviction to the police. Although I agreed to provide the footage, they delayed its transfer, causing a two-month hold-up in the police's response. After discussions with Keya King, the solicitor working on my case, I insisted they share the footage with the police, which they eventually did.
When I requested a copy of the police's response, Keya King shouted at me in an arrogant tone that I was not entitled to it and claimed that Satchell Moran owned my case. And when I objected, I was informed two days later that my file was closed. The timing and context of these events lead to clear conclusions about Satchell Moran's motives. While they often dismiss such criticism as sour grapes by clients whose cases they’ve refused, there is clearly a growing consensus that Satchell Moran Solicitors is to be avoided at all costs. Working with Satchell Moran has left me traumatized and feeling re-victimized. They are indistinguishable from the corrupt police and authorities they claim to oppose.

This firm showed their true colours the moment I asked for basic transparency on fees. Instead of confirming the 25% cap and how deductions would be handled, they abruptly withdrew. No genuine or professional law firm would walk away simply because a client asked for clarity. If they refuse to be open at the start, imagine what happens once you’ve signed. Be very cautious — in my view, they are not acting in clients’ best interests.

I have to be completely candid about this firm. They reviewed my two cases, the solicitor having resigned his position as Director. They then "HOUSE CLEANED" my cases taking themselves off the Court record. The cases were devastated by fatal errors which were caused by 1. No Retainers on both cases 2. Breach of CPR 3. Breach of SRA code of conduct "acting in the clients best interests" 4. Dropping the cases knowing that at such a late stage I would have had great difficulty in sourcing a solicitor to continue 5. The reality of the firm making so many fundamental errors they did not pursue their losses and wrote them off in total. 6. Another case settled with some success was found to be undervalued and not pleaded at trial. Why? The solicitor failed to make application allowing for my injuries being permanent and life changing. It cost me "Dearly" on the multiplicand and Smith v Manchester all of which were ignored by Counsel. I would not recommend this firm at all, in that if they want to challenge my opinion then they are quite entitled and I look forward to any action they consider.
