Just dreadful, never even completed the task properly but we didn't find out for months. Never returns calls, never returns emails. Once they have some money they do not care at all. I'm amazed they can get away with it in this day and age, so disappointed. You put your trust in these professionals as its not something a lay person could even attempt then they can't even return a call to leave you worried and stressed, terrible service. Use at your own peril!

I used Savage Crangle for the purchase of my home. Their service was excellent and their fees very reasonable. The service was very user-friendly and efficient and I will definitely be using them again for all of my legal issues.

Asked this company for a quote for a 'purchase only' fee - two bed mid terrace under the stamp duty threshold. Quote £2850.00! With a charge for stamp duty! Explained that stamp duty isn't applicable for the property and the reply was 'ok. Just take it off and that's the fee. £1600.00' Unbelievable! How can you have faith in this firm who blatantly tried to over charge you! Appalling!
N.B one star was given due to the fact of having to 'overall rate' the company.

Service was terrible - information was never provided on time. Gave wrong information. Sent information to the wrong address of other solicitor then blamed them for delays.
NOt a very professional firm of solicitors.
