Today is move day we are in a chain, we have already signed everything etc money all worked out (or so we thought).
2mins yes 2 mins before our purchase goes through Savage Silk ring to say THEY have messed up the figures and we are 2k short! I think fine it's your mess up you will sort it we have signed to say we agree with your figures tough love ??????? he then went on to tell us they wouldn't complete until full payment is given.
What happens if we don't have it? We'll you won't move but you have completed on our house, yes!!!
What is supposed to be a professional company acting like blackmail artists.
Try to complain not been called back not acknowledgement so currently approx 6k out of pocket as we got extra for renovations which they say we haven't got!
