I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this conveyancing solicitor. Despite repeated requests from the Land Registry for additional information, the solicitor failed to respond in a timely manner and did not keep me informed of the situation.

As a direct result of this lack of action, the registration of my property was not completed, leaving my title deeds and ownership records unresolved for an extended period. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and uncertainty regarding my property.

Communication throughout the process was poor, and I often had to chase for updates. I expected a professional conveyancing service to manage Land Registry requirements efficiently and proactively, but unfortunately this did not happen.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking a reliable and responsive conveyancing solicitor.
