After nearly 3 years they have yet to even start to settle the claim.
I was run over in broad daylight while in my wheelchair on CCTV and the driver was told by the police he was driving without due care and attention yet Scott Rees and co have done nothing leaving me an agony for 18 months.

Conveyancing/property

Attempted to overcharge us by £1100 on the completion invoice, which we were left to correct with no apology given - and that is only a one of many errors they made and didn't take accountability for.

They took 12 months to correctly submit one document - an error which we were only made aware 4 months later after recieving HMRC fines, and subsequent threats of debt recovery, in the post due to them missing deadlines and mishandling corrections without communicating.

Horrendous client care and standards from the top down throughout the process- inc. Compliance Partners and Coneyencing Executives.

Conveyencing team constantly missed deadlines and called at unsociable hours (9.30pm) to catch up as a result - then proceeded to tell us we should be grateful. Records of these calls were convieniently removed, or not visible, on there system which questions their standards, authenticity and professionalism.

Complaints process lasted 8 months, and at times had to wait upto 14 weeks for a response or update - which were only prompted when online reviews were posted. They completley misrepresented the service that they had provided, omitted several important details from their report and showed zero accountability for their errors and Incompetence.

In the 8th month of the complaint we were finally offered less than suitable compensation, which we reluctantly accepted in good faith for the sake of closure, which the Complaince partener then decided to revoke at the 11th hour when the payment was due.

This is despite us being constantly reassured by the Complaince and Complaints executive that our complaint was fully justified, even going as far as offering 99.9% guarantees regarding compensation.

In total it took 15 months to process a no chain house purchase for a property that we already resided in.

They are the worst of the worst, they are incompetent and they do not care what impact thier errors will have on you - avoid at any and all costs.
