I have called up many many times and needed help with the passing of my parents. Apart from the receptionists nobody else takes a single call and it’s terrible. Please can some one take charge and ensure that solicitors take ownership of their jobs and speak to people. Also offering a generic email address would be a lot happier or a contact us page which properly managed. Paying customers will not return due to poor solicitors. They need to be grounded and make human to deal with.

I took advice from this firm over a property dispute they talked me into taking legal action without any proper qualified witnesses for court they confirmed I would win my case and cost.The only winner from my case was this firm the case got struck out along with all my legal fees please shop around or doo research yourself employing a solicitor that uses the court system for profit isnt fair this sort of working practice should be banned I wont name the solicitor but he is one of the senior partners.This man definetly knows how to work the justice system in order to profit from the hard working man please shop around before you instruct this firm in any legal matter.

I agree so much. They are like vultures. Do not understand the complexity of mental health and fully take advantage and will be highlighting this in the very near future

Be aware of this firm they are could in first interview stage and taking payment on account then they pursuade you to take your opposition to court promising you that all your legal fees and court fees will be reimbursed this is absolute nonsense this firm is purely to make as much money out of there client as they can all the staff make excuses up to cover up there lies I trusted this firm went to court even though my judgment said don’t and now iam thousands out of pocket the only winner is slater Helis and the partners be warned use a solicitor that will indulge in litigation first this firm dosent it would rather you spend thousands of pounds in order for them to gain be aware of this firm
