The service I received from start to finish was excellent, from 6th January when my property was put on the market by Sleigh Son & Booth estate agents, to completion of sale taking place on Friday 10th April, Sleigh Son & Booth solicitors dealt with process in less than 3 months, it would have been sooner, but unfortunately, there was a 2 week delay which admittedly was my own fault.
The estate agents and the solicitor and secretary were always very approachable, helpful and explained things very well and their fees were very reasonable.
I would have no hesitation to use Sleigh Son & Booth estate agents and Solicitors of Denton, Manchester again or recommend them to friends and family.

Speed in answering my calls and emails is excellent. The price is reasonable - Conveyancing fees are ~£1000. Use only 3 months to complete all things.

We couldn’t have asked for better service! Our conveyancer was absolutely amazing. There were no questions left unanswered and the turn around for communication was spot on. I would highly recommend the teams services at Sleigh and Son Denton.
The process of selling our family home was an emotional one but we were looked after very well, minimum contact so no reems of paperwork or things to worry about. I would recommend using the conveyancing, estate agent and solicitors, keeping everything under one roof makes for a very smooth process... Many thanks to all at Sleigh's!

Vicky Kirkman went above and beyond for me and was extremely helpful from start to finish. With added stress and pressure due to the pandemic, the entire process of buying my home went surprisingly very smooth — All thanks to Vicky’s highly efficient service and attention to detail.
