This firm is a joke:

They were dealing with my Scott schedule regarding visitation / court hearing for my child. Here's a list of what they did / didn't do:
1. The report had to be in by a certain date and after numerous phone calls and emails they sent the report over 2 weeks late.
2. The report they sent was wrong, not signed, has inaccuracies and part of it was not even reviewed or written by me.
3. They sent the report after i expressly told them that under no circumstances should they send any report that wasn't signed by me.
4. After sending the wrong report it took me 2 seperate visits to their office to get the matter sorted, to the get right information / docs sent out.
5. After moving to a new solicitors the barrister looked at my report and asked why certain items were not included - evidence, family statements etc. I was told by Smith Gadd that these items were not required - this in itself shows the incompetence of this firm
6. I required a financial letter to be sent to my soon to be ex-wife but this wasn't even done thus costing me more money due to the information that was needed to be passed on in that letter.
7. When my new solicitor looked at the file that was passed over from Smith Gadd Gadd she found it extremely difficult to find the relevant information and documents that should have been sent to the court were missed completely.
8. Worst of all i asked for advice regarding a matter and was told to report this to the police. I did and that was used as evidence against me in court as harassment.
