Absolutely! Here's a professional revision of the review:
* I was referred to this solicitor's firm for a housing matter; however, I have been disappointed with the level of service. The case has exceeded the anticipated timeframe by a significant margin, with minimal communication from the assigned solicitor. My attempts to reach them via email have been largely unsuccessful, and updates on the case's progress have only been provided upon my persistent inquiries.
* Furthermore, a formal complaint regarding the communication lapses has yet to receive a response. This lack of responsiveness, coupled with the slow progress on the case, has caused undue stress, which has exacerbated my existing mental health concerns.
* I have reported this firm to the Law Society and will be seeking alternative legal representation to ensure timely resolution of my housing issue. I will not be compensating the firm for their inadequate services.
