If you want to have a stress free sale, I would strongly advise not to use Charles Ross!! Not only are they quick to take your money they are unorganised also!

I have never heard of a solicitor not ready to exchange when they act for you, This shows incompetence and put so much stress on me I wanted to pull my hair out! They like to ignore your calls and have rude staff!

If you are reading this please take my advice as when you are selling or buying a property its a stressful time but I have never experienced such stress due to a firms incompetence.

I used another solicitor for a purchase and they were a delight to deal with!

SO

STAY AWAY FROM CHARLES ROSS!!
