Birchall Blackburn Law for sure is the worse choice for following reasons:
A real example of an unprofessional organisation.
Careless with your confidential data.
A group of liars. You will be stunned when you see how easy they lie.
Delay in process.
Igoring your emails and not answering your questions or just answer any part they like. You may never get answer for your questions.
They posted confidential documents including any details someone might want to know about the property I wanted to buy, my personal details,
seller personal details without being able to track it and without even letting me know and asking my permission! Documents gone missing and it took couple
of days till I found out what they did (as they never mentioned anything). When I asked my solicitor who gave you permission to put all of confidential
documents in post without being able to track it? She simply said, we are paperless organisation and we did it per your request (a big lie)! I asked for proof
and she decided to ignore my email (you can guess why). Then I contacted my solicitor's manager (if I can call her manager), and interestingly she mentioned
exactly same thing (another lie)! I asked her following simple questions:
"1- Do you have any proof I asked you to post those missing documents? If yes, please provide.
2- Do you believe documents you posted were confidential information or not?"
And the answer was:
"Further to our telephone conversation yesterday I have replied as much as I can to your issues!" (she never replied any of my questions)
So, this matter escalated to another lady who is dealing with complaints and here is what she mentioned in her email:
"I can assure you that we take our obligations to protect our clients’ data very seriously, and indeed as solicitors our primary
duty of client confidentiality." (Which is another lie and a joke). Below is what I asked the lady:
"Is this the way you claimed you do your best to protect client's data? Just curious how that works? You post documents without
being able to track and without letting client knows and then pray nothing bad happens or what?"
And here is part of her answer:
"I don’t consider that it is necessary or reasonable to require that we only use a tracked service such as Special Delivery instead of ordinary post.
The cost would be prohibitive, and in any event items sent by Special Delivery get lost, which is why Special Delivery service includes compensation
for the loss of items sent using it."
Verbally, they are really sorry and as solicitors protecting client details is their primary duty but in practice, because special delivery cost them
extra £10 (while they are charging £1500), and as they really don't care about you and your confidential details in practice, do whatever they want.
Nobody wants a clumsy solicitor but still Birchall Blackburn Law is great choice for your enemies.
You need to borrow couple of more pair of eyes from your close friends and families to watch them. I exchanged over 320 emails during the process!

The Loyalty Law service is very good and everything has been dealt with very quickly. Everything is going well and the biggest benefit was being put in touch with a solicitor so that I didn’t have to look for one myself. I would recommend the Loyalty Law service to my friends’.
