After an accident in 2020, I was contacted by my insurer and given a number for one of the leading claim companies. After several phone calls to them and being ignored, I decided to go with Mooneerams. After contacting them within days I had someone contact me and take the details.
They have been exceptional to work with and have really fought hard for me and my claim. They gave expert advice and as a result I have been awarded significant compensation. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Andrew Last gave me very good advice.
They took 25% of the claim which is the cheapest i have found.

I can not recommend Mooneerams enough. I contacted two local solicitors before them, who both advised that I did not have a case, and even though Mooneerams are located at the other end of the country, they agreed to take me on as a client. From my first enquiry, up until the resolution of my case, they have been, professional, diligent and honest. My dedicated solicitor was Andrew and he remained in regular contact throughout the whole process, even just to touch base when we were waiting for updates. Andrew explained things in a way that was easy to understand, always making me aware of all of the options open to me, without pushing me in one direction or the other. I was very pleased with the compensation I received for my injury case, and can’t thank them enough.

Moonneerams Solicitors helped me in obtaining compensation for an injury sustained at work after initially applying to Slater and Gordon who made numerous mistakes and therefore declined my claim. Andrew Last has been very helpful, progressional and diligent in assisting me with my case. I'm really glad I chose Moonerams to represent me.
It was very daunting trying to find solicitors while suffering PTSD and anxiety on top of physical injuries after an accident and a bad experience with a company. Especially having many companies harassing me at the time, calling multiple times a day trying to get me to sign with them.
Moonerams were very understanding of my state and always gave me the most accurate information. They never pressured me and that's what made me decide on them.
Through the whole time they were very communicative and they always made sure I understood every step and every document.I always felt very looked after.
I'm positive she managed to get the best outcome possible for me.
I will most definitely use Moonerams again next time I need a solicitor and I will recommend them to anyone that ever needs their services.

After having a serious car crash I used a firm of solicitors advised by my insurance company to pursue my claim.
Unfortunately they were completely incompetent and totally unprofessional.
After over 12 months of getting no where with the claim I decided to transfer my claim to Mooneerams Solicitors.
The efficiency & professionalism shown by them was completely different from the previous solicitors. They were professional, understanding, efficient and kept me informed at every stage of the claim.
Rosie Lyne who predominately dealt with my claim was absolutely incredible and very pleasant to deal with.
I would highly recommend Mooneerams to anyone who has to deal with a personal injury claim.

The service we received from Mooneerams was exceptional. We had approached them when we suffered a car accident earlier in the year and they had explained their services to us and that it will be a no win no fee policy. We are very happy with the outcome of our case and the level of support we had received from our solicitor in charge. Even with the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic which impacted a lot of services and caused a few delays, our solicitor was still working tirelessly to support our case and reach a resolution with the third parties insurer. Our claim was handled very professionally and after a few months we received a generous settlement to our claim. We are very happy with the care taken to deal with our case and would recommend Mooneerams and their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional team!

Thanks to Angus and all the team at mooneerams for getting me a high payout for a accident at work ankle injury. After seeing a ankle specialist, I was advised I needed a operation. Mooneerams took on my personal injury case on a no win no fee basis and have successfully completed my claim recently. I am sure I would not have received such a favourable sum of money if they had not fought my case. They set up medical assessments for me and supported me when I was really stressed and had given up hope of moving forward . They kept me informed on a regular basis and never made me feel as though I was wasting their time if I had a query about my claim.

Great and efficient service provided. As we live in London, all our communication was through post, telephone and email and our appointments were given locally which made our lives so much easier. Darren was in charge of our case, and he sorted the situation out without causing us any stress. Very quick responses whenever we had a question, and the claim was settled out of court. Within 2 weeks of settlement we promptly received our claim. I Would definitely recommend Moonerams to anyone who has had an accident!

I was very pleased with the way Gareth Edwards from Mooneerams dealt with my injury claim and negotiated the settlement. He was very professional, easy to talk to and understood my point of view. The original visit was to my house and then dealt with very efficiently by email and phone. The personal injury I sustained required a specialist report and treatment which was all arranged by Moomeerams. I was very happy with the outcome of treatment and the efficient way my injury claim was reached. Their fee was a flat 25% of the settlement figure. She is the definition of professional.
She was instructed from Moonerams to work on my behalf regarding my Personal Injury Claim.
What a fantastic Barrister. She was sharp, quick with her answers and very knowledgeable and informed. This is normally what you expect and hope for in a Barrister, but watching her work really made me understand what they do.
Considering the circumstances she was representing me in, (which are usually anxious, and panic ridden) She managed to smooth any concerns I had with the case, fill me with confidence and make my worries dissipate.

Brilliant service from the team at Mooneerams LTD, especially Richard Thomas who was my case handler. Richard ensured I was informed of every step that was being taken, and also made sure I understood every fine detail. Richard provided the upmost professionalism, being realistic and respectful at all times.
Richard is a down to earth genuine person. Richard will empathise with you and ensure you receive the result you deserve. The whole process of using Mooneerams was made unbelievably easy and straight forward - Of course if there was anything you didn't understand or know how to do.... Richard was there.
Mooneerams work around you. I work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, this makes things awkward to book appointments usually; however, when it came to drafting up my statement, Kevin was super flexible for me. Kevin came to my house, rather than me having to travel from work to the Mooneerams office - Kevin also came after work which suited my timetable tremendously.
Overall I had an amazing experience with Mooneerams and would 100% recommend them to friends/family.
This is a huge thank you to Richard Thomas, keep doing the good stuff mate.

I was recommended to Mooneerams via a friend following an accident.
I found the company to be highly professional and caring throughout my case.
They made the whole experience regarding my claim very easy liasing with insurance companies ,hospitals , consultants and all paperwork etc etc on my behalf.

To be honest, I never thought that my personal injury claim would be so fast and easy. It all ran smoothly and I was surprised at how fast it was all dealt with.

My case was being handled initially by Lyons Davidson Solicitors in Bristol. They had been dealing with my case for almost three years and all I had was one MRI scan.

I was recommended to Mooneerams Solicitors by a good friend. He said that I could put everything in their hands and not have to worry about a thing. He was right.
Angus (Fergusson) and the rest of the staff really looked after me. I'm not very good with words so Angus used to have to read everything over for me which was really helpful.

I first heard about Mooneerams Solicitors about five years ago from word of mouth, now I see your air fresheners and pens everywhere (which I think is great).
Mooneerams Solicitors is an excellent business and the way you work is excellent.
I got everything I could require from a solicitor, and more.

Fantastic Service. I couldn’t be happier.
I can’t really believe how much Mooneerams Solicitors got for me. The other driver had lied about the accident to I had already given up, I didn't think anyone could have helped me.
However, Mooneerams managed to. Everything was dealt with very nicely and I could always speak to Richard Thomas directly if I needed to. Everyone was very friendly when I called in.

I heard about Mooneerams Solicitors from other taxi drivers on the rank (local knowledge) and this is now the second case that you've helped me with.
I can't say enough about you. If I ever wanted to know anything I'd give the office a ring and I'd get a call back at all times. All the staff are very friendly.
The case was a little slow at the start before my medical and physiotherapy appointments but I'm very happy over all. That's why I've come back to Mooneerams. If I needed a solicitor again I'd come to Mooneerams.

I was referred to Mooneerams Solicitors by another Solicitor in Cardiff
The case was a bit complicated as I first saw Vin Mooneeram at their Richmond Road office. Vin took down all my details but I decided that I didn’t want to pursue my case at that time. This was because I had been injured in an accident at work but I was still working at the company where I had suffered the injuries).
When my circumstances changed and I decided that I could claim, I was so impressed and pleased that all my information and details had been kept and put into their archives. I didn't have to go through it all again.
Alistair Worth dealt with my case this time and it feels like I just sat back and didn’t have to do anything. Alistair dealt with it all including sorting out my medical and physiotherapy appointments.
I always knew what was going on as Alistair kept me updated at all times.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely come back to Mooneerams Solicitors if needs be.

Fab! Amazing! So easy!
My case only took about three months – I was really surprised.
I wasn't even going to put forward a claim and only did so as Alistair Worth was acting for my mother on an unrelated case.
I was very impressed that I had transport arranged to and from my medical appointment and the driver was very friendly.
Alistair always returned my calls and kept me updated.
All staff are at Mooneerams seem to be very happy and friendly and you can tell they enjoy their work. I was surprised at how relaxed and welcoming it was in the Mooneerams office straightaway, as soon as you walk in.

May I firstly make an apology for the delay in writing to you. I know it's been several weeks since my son received his cheque from yourselves. Thank you very much.
We cannot thank you enough for all your help with my son's claim. Your staff were professional, courteous and considerate throughout. And as stated before, they were very thorough.
After accepting a final amount, the cheque arrived within a couple of days as agreed.
I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation to that of my son.
Your staff always made return calls as promised and everyone that dealt with myself or my son were polite and understanding and spoke in "normal" terms so we could understand what was being said. Anyone we spoke with over the phone had an excellent telephone manner and were very friendly.

Andrew Last was very helpful - he always guided me and always kept me informed with what was going on especially with respect to the other side’s position and what the next steps were going to be. I was given lots of information by telephone and letter.
I was also given regular updates about the progress of the case and it was always clear what was needed from me to keep the case rolling.
In my experience, legal matters can be drawn out but this was done well and professional.
In this day and age I feel that many companies don't achieve things for other people but Mooneerams Solicitors did.

At first I didn’t know who was dealing with my case. I thought that it was Alistair (Worth), so it would have been good to know from the start.
When I realised Richard Thomas was the solicitor dealing with my case things were easier for the me as I knew who to speak to.

I’m more than happy with the service and have already recommended Mooneerams to friends and colleagues.

Angus was spotless! I was very happy with the way that my case was handled.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your team, for the outstanding service over these four years, not only did you provide a excellent legal service, you were instrumental in affording to me the best medical help available not only pre- operation but more importantly post operation from the physical rehabilitation and also in my case the mental rehabilitation in copying with all the traumatic events arising from the initial accident.
I have no doubt in my mind no other company could have or even would have provided such an excellent service in putting their client’s health needs first and foremost. Following initial dealings with Vin I was then under the care of Angus who was wonderful. Whilst being professional and knowledgeable he also gave a personal and humorous touch to the experience. This is vital when experiencing a stressful and worrying time regarding the case.

The solicitor I had instructed originally handled my claim badly due to negligence and I was recommended Alistair.
Alistair was first class from when he took over my claim until it had settled. He visited me at home on numerous occasions and always responded if I had any queries. This was reassuring due to the lack of trust I had built up because of the first solicitor.
My only wish is I had instructed Alistair from the beginning. I highly recommend Alistair and Mooneerams to anyone.

I was told about Mooneerams by my mother who lives in Cardiff as you had previously done a case for her.
I’m so grateful for everything Angus (Fergusson) did for me. I really put Angus on the spot and to a dead line when I decided to pursue my personal injury case.
I thought that not living in Cardiff, close to the firm would be hard but Angus was amazing. I felt that the whole case was easy as everything was done for me. Angus even found me medical experts close to me for my treatments which I was very happy and impressed with.

I would first like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of staff at MOON EERAMS in handling my claim.
The situation was extremely difficult from the start as there where a number of agency’s and companies involved with one in particular being the largest employer in London and the south East.
They are all extremey committed to their clients and endeavour to maintain the utmost respect and dignity of them. They have been courteous, professional and caring putting my schedules first and changing their’s in order to meet my demanding work pattern for appointments etc.
I would also like to thank Lina, Vinnie, Alistair and Louise who were not involved in my case much but made my visits welcoming and comfortable, not making me feel like just someone on their books.
My personal thanks to Andrew who dealt with the case and I feel that he went above and beyond in order to get the result he did, and I feel that I have got to know him over the past few years and would consider him to be a good friend.
The whole case was particularly difficult from the start due to the nature of the incident and the circumstances surrounding it, Because of this I found it hard to find a company or individual who would take on the case and put as much time and effort in to it as MOONEERAMS have done.
I conclude by saying that should any of you reading this or know any persons that have been unfortunate to suffer an injury then I (and have done so already) highly recommend MOONEERAMS to fight your corner.

My case was being handled initially by Lyons Davidson Solicitors in Bristol. They had been dealing with my case for almost three years and all I had was one MRI scan.
Every time I heard from them it felt as if it was about how much money they were earning.
I was recommended to Mooneerams Solicitors about May last year and Angus (Fergusson) has been amazing.
Angus always kept in contact with me through calls and letters. He even went out of his way over one bank holiday weekend to deal with emergency issues that had come up about my upcoming surgery.
I would recommend Mooneerams Solicitors and would use Mooneerams again if I needed a Solicitor.
I wouldn't change anything with the way Mooneerams worked and dealt with me.
The staff were always so friendly when I called in, I always felt more like a friend than a client
