Instructed Catherine to handle a lease for me - she ignored it for that long that all we decided to complete without the appropriate legal advice. No apology just threats to the firm that well handled the transaction on behalf of the other party. Would not recommend and an ombusdsman complaint pending

Awful. They failed to register my property after 1.5 years. I am reminding and chasing them. No result. It is harmful conveyancer.
