I know this often happens with solicitors but it is still not justified, they act like they are the client: when a solicitor like this one (Richard Bevan) decides that he will NOT do something, he will NOT do it, no matter how much you ask. You can inundate him with messages, requests etc. They will be ignored or he will string you along.
I also think that some solicitors treat people who are on legal aid (like myself) as second class clients. I was often told: "Mr Bevan cannot be in the meeting with you as he is busy with an important case"
My case is a critical one involving serious problems that my elder daughter has and this made no difference to Mr Bevan.
I also sent a message to Mr Bevan asking him a straight question: Do you agree with what the other side says about me?
He did not reply. I think I got my answer.
