Poor communication, slow to progress the work. The assigned solicitor did not inspire our confidence that the task was fully understood or under control. Grant of Probate significantly delayed with little in the way of information but we understood there had been some issues with submitting the necessary information in a timely manner. At no time were we ever offered a face to face meeting in over a year despite requests. The front office staff were unable to answer any queries or say when the solicitor was available. The continual need to chase added to a very stressful time. We did not feel valued and are still awaiting an appropriate final statement detailing all the activity and costs.
