The whole process has been like pulling teeth.
I admit there were complicated issues to resolve.
My late father chose a firm and built a relationship with the company which tees then bought.
No personal touch ,
Charges were huge ,with delays that i had to contact my MP about.
I would not give the firm any stars.
You become a cash cow to them.
