This solicitor was used by our proposed buyer. They failed to send our solicitors any documentation. then claimed they had lost it. Numerous phone calls were made and all were ignored. Numerous emails were sent and all were ignored.
Sale fell through as a result of this- ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Used this firm, and the service was awful. They are either so busy that they are overworked, or enjoy spending their client's money before they earn it. Never available to speak on the phone and correspondance takes weeks to be answered. Absolute joke!
