Sterling Manchester, now calling themselves Greenhalls, are not to be trusted. Retained there services for a criminal trial, stitched me up. Slag off Burton Copeland, to get case, as it was at crown stage. Promised to obtain Disclosure and investigate the allegations, did nothing of the sort. Brought a Barrister all the way down from London, obviously getting a cut of his fees and proceeded to work with the CPS. Eventually I had to get rid of them and defend myself. I would've been doing 6 months in prison. The solicitor is called A Nawaz, a throughly despicable character.

Very poor, no communication, bad service - couldn't sort my taxi claim even after 2 years. Will not tell anyone to come here.

I have to agree with Mike, the customer service that I have had recently is appauling. I didnt get any response after ringing many times about my claim. I would not uses these lawers again.

These solicitors are extremely poor. They take an extremely long time to resolve claims compared to other solicitors. They do not bother to return your calls or even to wirte to you. They seem very disorganised. I would never recommend these solicitors to anyone!
