PLEASE AVOID THIS FIRM!

This firm was instructed by my grandmother to complete a transfer of equity. Initially a fixed sum was agreed. Solicitor, Parmjit Dhillon of the firm made errors including sending personal details to the wrong people and the evidence of this has been uploaded to Google. When the idea of a complaint was brought up, she threatened to stop work on the file.

The firm in retaliation has submitted a completion statement of approximately double the initially agreed amount. No correspondence was made prior to advise of additional fees and so payment has been refused and a request for a final response has been made to which no reply has been received. Despite repeated requests for correspondence in writing, the staff continue to harass my elderly disabled grandmother of 80 years old on the phone.

They often take weeks to reply and have failed to provide a final response so that we may seek mediation from the legal ombudsman. We have submitted a fair amount of costing and offered to pay extra while the matter is under review by the legal ombudsman but the firm prefer not to reply.
