Finally some good news 2nd time lucky, Swift Lawyers persevered with us as our first house we where going to purchase the sellers pulled out Swift allowed us around 2 months to find a new house and didn't charge any additional fees. highly recommended.

I was hesitant due to recent reviews but instructed them anyway and Mike give me a very good service and you can tell he is experienced the complexity of the ground rent issues and service charge issues for the flat I purchased did not faze him, Mike gave me so much assurance and confidence, I would use him again.
