Appalling service. Used these on the recommendation of my Estate Agent but never again. They don't keep you updated, there's no urgency and no transparency. They asked me for suggested completion dates and ten days later when I'd heard nothing back and rang them I was told by a Partner that I'd got an attitude problem simply because I expected them to do the job I'm paying them to do, really??
I know the Coronavirus has stretched many firms to their limits but if that's the case just say so instead of hiding behind excuses. Definitely won't be using again and following my conversation with the Estate Agents I suspect they won't be recommending them again either, just not acceptable!!
