I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Ewan Treadgold as our solicitor. Throughout the course of our dealings, his conduct was not only unprofessional but also ethically questionable. His lack of due diligence and failure to uphold his duty of care resulted in a direct financial loss of £15,000 in the value of our property.

Despite repeated attempts to communicate with him and address concerns, his response was inadequate, and he failed to act in a manner that would reasonably be expected of a legal professional. This has caused us significant stress and loss. It is clear that his actions were not in alignment with the ethical standards expected in the legal profession.

As a result, I would strongly caution others against using his services. The consequences of his negligence have been severe, and I regret having trusted him with such an important matter. A solicitor’s role is to protect the interests of their clients, and unfortunately, Mr. Treadgold did not fulfill this fundamental responsibility.
