Unfortunately this company took over another firm in Blackburn for a wall cavity insulation damages claim on a no win, no fee basis. The firm provided a very poor service. I was glad when Tegamus took over. However, the poor service continued. A loan taken out by the solicitors just keeps adding up. Now they are closing and passing the case on.
If we close the case we are expected to pay their charges and the loan. It is sickening to the stomach. We have been robbed of our peace of mind. Never ending case.
No choice but to join the new company. Sad, never will trust a solicitor again.

I agree with the above comment only ours is a road traffic claim. Maybe we should all come together and fight them and their 'fees' strength in numbers!!!

in 2017 they take case cavity wall and in process three company pass the case each other and take loan on my name and this is third company and this aswell do same and I make sure I go against him for doing fraud to us.
