Absolutely shocking. I regret ever hiring them to deal with our late father's estate. TOOK ALMOST 4 YEARS. I wanted to fire them off after 15 months of nothing happening but was overruled by older sibling. Got to the point where I wondered whose side they were on. Needlessly cost us thousands. Unbelievably slow and absolutely shocking.
